By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner wants honorarium for the post of Financial Literacy Specialist upon which he claims to be though working but has not received honorarium since August, 2024. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner is working since the year 2018. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner is claiming honorarium against his working so it is appropriate that the matter of claim is decided by the competent authority, namely, respondent no. 5 as question of facts may arise qua working. 5. Accordingly this petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to make representation before the respondent No. 5 within four weeks and in the event he makes the representation, the same shall be disposed of by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of six weeks.
