Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner towards the reimbursement of medical expenses incurred in his treatment." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed application dated 01.07.2024 before District Magistrate, Ballia- respondent No. 3 for reimbursement of medical bills, upon which respondent No. 4 has written letter dated 23.09.2024 to respondent No. 2 for further necessary action, but till date no action has been taken by respondent No. 2. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that decision shall be taken by respondent No. 2 at the earliest and payment shall be made to petitioner in accordance with rule. 5. Under such facts of the case,
