Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). To issue a writ order direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Appeal pending before respondent no. 2 against the order dated 24.05.2024, within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed appeal dated 19.08.2024 before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the aforesaid appeal within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to decide
