Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Sri Ved Mani Tiwari, Advocate, put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 has filed vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ved Mani Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. At the very outset, Sri Ved Mani Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that petitioner is posted in District Chandigarh in the State of Haryana, therefore, present petition is not maintainable before this Court. In support of his contention, he placed reliance upon judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the matter of Rajendra Kumar Mishra Vs. Union of India: 2004 0 Supreme(AII) 1841. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed in light of judgment of Rajendra Kumar Mishra(Supra). 6. Liberty is given to petitioner to file petition before appropriate Court, if so advised
