State of U.P. & others), which was decided vide orders dated 9.9.2015 & 19.9.2024, therefore, this petition may also be decided on the same terms and conditions. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents submitted that petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation alongwith certified copy of judgments and orders dated 9.9.2015 & 19.9.2024 passed in Civil Appeal No. 9165-9172 of 2010 & Writ-A No.3860 of 2020.
