Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard Ms. Annapurna Singh Chandel, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 18.10.2024 on the ground that the charges are vague and there is no evidence referred to substantiate the charge. 4. Learned Standing Counsel to the contrary submits that the petitioner had already been served with charge sheet upon which the delinquent employee has already submitted his reply. 5. In the given facts and circumstances, where the specific charges have been framed in the charge sheet and petitioner has been required to participate in the departmental enquiry, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. 6.
