Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 16.11.2024 as well as decision/resolution dated 18.12.2024 passed by the respondent no.6 with regard to disengagement of petitioner's services as Gram Rozgar Sewak, Gram Panchayat Dawar, Block Birdha, District Lalitpur. 3. Apart from many other grounds, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has submitted detailed reply of show cause notice dated 9.10.2024 on 19.10.2024. He further submitted that respondent authorities has passed impugned order without considering the reply of petitioner and it is only stated in impugned order that reply of petitioner is not found satisfactory.
