Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.3 shall ensure the transportation allowances to the petitioner within stipulated period in this regard the application dated 10.10.2024 is still pending." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 10.10.2024 before respondent No. 3, but till date no decision has been taken.
