Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State- respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent nos. 3 & 4 to take appropriate measures on petitioner's representation dated 1.5.2024 pending for revised pay extending benefits of ACP (Assured Career Progression Scheme) and accordingly sanction and release pension, being superannuated on 31.8.2021 as collection amin at Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 1.5.2024 before respondent authorities, but no decision has been taken till date. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent authorities to decide the representation within a stipulated time. 4. Learne
