Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 6.9.2024, enquiry was instituted against the petitioner. Thereafter Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur appointed the Consolidation Officer, Shahganj as Enquiry Officer for completion of enquiry, but till date neither charge sheet has been issued nor enquiry has been completed. He further submitted that due to pendency of enquiry, petitioner is deprived from promotion. He lastly submitted that suitable direction may be issued to respondents to conclude the enquiry at the earliest. 3. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the aforesaid facts and submitted that Enquiry Officer shall conclude the enquiry at the earliest. 4.
