Learned standing counsel submitted that for the same cause of action, earlier petitioner has filed Writ- A No. 15533 of 2023, which was disposed of vide order dated 27.10.2023, therefore, this petition is not maintainable and remedy before the petitioner is to file contempt application. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that this petition may be dismissed with liberty to file contempt application. 4.
