Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. Petitioner, who is working with the respondent establishment, is aggrieved by the orders dated 5th August, 2022, 20th June, 2023, 8th August, 2023 and 20th September, 2023, whereby the previous pay fixation has been corrected without giving him any notice or opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and consequential recovery from salary of the petitioner. Pleadings to this effect have been raised in paragraph 21 of the writ petition.
