By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "II. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.- 2 and 3 to release G.P.F. amount of Rs. 14049/- with interest deposited in GPF Account No.- PWDU/ 24151 in the year 2001-02 through Treasury Jhansi voucher no.- 21 dated 09.08.2001 after petitioner's retirement, within stipulated time period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, otherwise the petitioners suffer great hardship which cannot be compensated in any manner." It transpires from the record that in above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the respondent No.- 3 by means of a representation on 7th December, 2024, which is pending consideration. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the
