By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to allot him work pursuant to the appointment letter dated 23rd June, 2022, which was given to him on compassionate basis. It transpires from the record that in above regard petitioner has already made representation dated 27th January, 2025 before the competent authority, namely respondent No.- 4, which is pending consideration. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 4 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 27th January, 2025 and dispose of the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
