By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "i) Issue a order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the petitioner from District Chandauli to any nearest Districts or Division of his Home District Firozabad." 2. It transpires from the records that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 26.12.2024 with further reminder on 15.01.2025. Respondent No. 2 is the competent authority in the matter. 3. In the given facts and circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 / competent authority to consider and dispose of the representation of petitioner within a period of one month from the production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add that the order to be passed must be reasoned and speaking one. Or
