By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a direction to concerned respondent to consider her claim for family pension. 2. It transpires from the record that in the above regard petitioner has represented the matter before the competent authority on 10.01.2025 copy whereof has been brought on record as annexure No. 7 to the petition. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the concerned respondent to look into and consider the grievance of petitioner raised in her representation and dispose the same strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order.
