By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the suspension order. 2. It transpires from the record that certain charges of financial irregularities have come to be levelled against the petitioner along with Pradhan while carrying out certain delinquent activities including construction activities in respect of Gowshala. The charges have been found prima facie established and the petitioner has been placed under suspension. 3. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, I find it to be appropriate at this stage that departmental enquiry is completed which shall have fact finding final report and petitioner to cooperate in the same and if delay occurs, petitioner may be entitled for revocation of his suspension order. 4.
