By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to release the amount of entire post retiral benefits i.e. pension, provisional pension, gratuity, leave encashment with interest 18% in favour of petitioner in stipulated period. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent No. 2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 06.11.2024 of the petitioner." 3.
