By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants that his salary should be re- fixed taking into previous service period that he has rendered in Army prior to joining U.P. Police department. 3. It is submitted that this controversy of counting period of service already rendered in Indian Army is no more res integra and in many writ petitions, directions have been issued for counting period of service already rendered in army. He has further submitted that a writ petition was disposed of being Writ A No. 20883 of 2022 by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2022 following judgment and order passed in case of Hari Chand and Others v.
