Petitioner is aggrieved by the succession certificate granted to the respondent No. 4. Petitioner claims to be second wife and hence, has right to succeed late Ram Krishna. 3. In the considered view of the Court petitioner has remedy of approaching the civil court seeking declaration to be a valid wife of late Rama Krishna and accordingly petitioner may also maintain a suit for succession under the Indian Succession Act, if so advised. 4.
