Heard Ms. Anjali Singh, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner and Ms. Bushra Maryam, learned Advocate appearing for respondent. 2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of major penalty dated 14.08.2024. 3. Ms. Bushra Maryam, learned counsel for respondents submits that petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of appeal under the relevant service rules. 4. Counsel for petitioner could not deny the same, however, submits that petitioner has approached the Court for the reason that there has been violation of principles of natural justice. 5. In the considered view of the Court petitioner can take this plea before the appellate authority also. 6.
