Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation. 3. From a perusal of representation it transpires that the petitioner has been fired from service way back in the year 1996. No explanation has been offered as to why petitioner has approached this Court after a lapse of more than 25 years. Still further I do not find any document annexed with from which it can be known that petitioner was employee of the territorial army establishment of Defence Security Corps. 4. In such above view of the matter the petition is dismissed for lack of requisite material to grant proper relief inasmuch as, petitioner having approached after such a long delay and having failed to explain reason for the same, petition also deserves to be dismissed on the ground
