Petitioners before this Court question the select list dated 10.10.2024 on the ground that medical test was not held after result was declared. 2. Shri Saurabh Tripathi, learned Advocate holding brief of Shri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for respondent Commission submits that the petitioners have not found place in the select list and, hence, cannot question the select list on the ground that medical test was not held. It is also submitted that no avernment has been made as to the source of knowledge of the petitioners that medical test was not held before finalizing the select list. 3. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for petitioner could not satisfy the Court as to how petitioners have come to know that medical fitness test was not held in the matter. No other argument has been advanced to question the select list. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the
