By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Respondents Authorities to provide the benefits of Employee Provident Scheme as well as Pension Scheme to the Petitioners as per the Employees Provident Fund and Misc. Provisions Act, 1952 by generating the UAN Account Number and further depositing the balance/ due amount of Employee and Employer Contribution along with interest in their UAN Account w.e.f. 01.04.2015. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Respondents No. 3 & 4 to decide the representation dated 18.10.2024 sent by petitioners within stipulated time period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
