By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the suspension order. Upon pointed querry being made, learned counsel for the petitioner could not say with confidence that charge-sheet has been served upon the petitioner or not. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and as per instructions, charge-sheet was sought to be served upon the petitioner, but the same was refused by him on 09.12.2024 on the ground that petitioner wanted magisterial enquiry and not departmental enquiry but there is no such prayer in the writ petition. In such above view of the matter, therefore, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. However, it is provided that petitioner shall be served with charge sheet within two weeks from today, which the petitioner would accept and then submit his reply within next two weeks' t
