Shri Prem Narayan Rai, learned counsel for respondents raises preliminary objection as to the maintainability of this petitioner before this Court on the ground that petitioner was employed with 54 Battilion of which headquarter is admittedly at Shrinagar, Jammu and Kashmir and the office of Director General of Police Central Reserve Police Force is situated at New Delhi and so in these circumstances, no direction can be issued by this Court beyond its territorial jurisdiction which is the state of Uttar Pradesh. 3. In such above view of the matter I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. However, liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before appropriate forum if so advised. 4.
