The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the orders passed today in the bunch of writ petitions, the leading writ petition being Writ – A No.- 1750 of 2022 and accordingly, the order impugned dated 24th August, 2024 marked as Annexure - 9 to the writ petition is hereby quashed. Refund of recovered amount along with interest at the rate of 8% is directed to be paid to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
