Heard learned counsel for parties. 3. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 23.11.2024. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Goan Sabha submits that petitioner has been served with the charge sheet on 16.01.2025 to which petitioner has also submitted a reply. 5. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of suspension at this stage, however, it is provided that in the event petitioner has already submitted her reply, the disciplinary proceedings shall be brought to its logical end within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Petitioner is also directed to cooperate in the matter of disciplinary proceedings. 6.
