Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). a writ of mandamus for directing the respondents authorities to grant Assured Career Progression(ACP) of promotional pay scale/grade of Rs. 4200 and along with other benefits. ii) a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding to respondent authorities to pay all the arrears and increment benefits to the petitioner in accordance with law." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, he may be permitted to file fresh representation before respondent No. 5. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 5 to decide the representation within a stipulated time. 4.
