By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents concerned to give the benefit of III A.C.P. to the petitioner for which he is legally entitled after completion his 26 years service in P.W.D. Department, respondents be further directed to no make any amendment/ recovery in the salary of the petitioner which is being paid to the petitioner."
