Heard Shri Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Archana Tyagi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has assailed the order whereby his representation making request for transfer has come to be rejected. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that this is not the stage for the petitioner to question the order as the petitioner can always approach the authority when the new transfer policy is brought in the next session. 5. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage as the petitioner's claim has already stood rejected, however, I leave it open for the petitioner to make fresh representation whenever new transfer policy is brought into force in the next session. 6.
