It is argued on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been subsequently issued with the charge sheet containing the same charges which were involved in the criminal case and accordingly upon approaching this Court by means of Writ A No. 12619 of 2024 the charge sheet has been stayed by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2024 and the said writ petition is still pending. 4.
