Petitioner is aggrieved of the the suspension order dated 18.09.2024 and 26.09.2024 as well as delayed chargesheet. As per petitioner, chargesheet has come to be issued on 07.03.2024 and hence the petitioner remained suspended for more than a period of six months. 2. Upon a pointed query being made, Sri Lalit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is yet to submit reply. 3. In the given facts and circumstances where the petitioner has been served with the chargesheet, may be a delayed one, I refuse to grant indulgence in the matter of suspension at this stage. 4. It is however provided that in the event petitioner submits reply to the chargesheet within three weeks from today the disciplinary proceedings shall be concluded within two months' time and petitioner shall be cooperating in the same.
