Learned counsel appearing for the Railways submits that the Railways has given contract to respondent no.5 and if the petitioner has any grievance it should be raised only before respondent no.5. 3. In the considered view of the Court, as petitioner was not directly appointed on contract basis by the Railways have any grievance as to the payment of salary, the grievance for the same shall be made before the appropriate forum- respondent no.5. Department of Railways has no concern with the same. 4. Subject to the aforesaid liberty, this petition is consigned to records.
