By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to respondent to add past services to calculate the past service of the petitioner discharged as daily wage basis and minimum of the pay scale employees for pension purposes in the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.6798 of 2001 Prem Singh and State of U.P. and others and order passed by this High Court in Awadhesh Kumar Singh case;" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already represented the matter in above regard vide representation dated 11.07.2024. 3.
