The petitioner before this Court is an applicant for the post of Constable (GD) in CAPF/ NIA/ SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination - 2024. Petitioner qualified physical eligibility test but ultimately was declared medically unfit for hypertension and tachycardia and hence in both medical and review medical petitioner got declared unfit for these above reasons. The petitioner now has approached this Court for granting one more opportunity to undergo medical examination afresh as according to him in the medical examination report that petitioner got done in a private hospital, namely Maa Janki Hospital & Research Centre, Pvt. Ltd, Bairiya Golamber, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, independently, petitioner was found medically fit.
