By means of this petition petitioner has approached this Court for third round of physical standard test/ physical eligibility test in the Constable (GD) in CAPF, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles examination - 2024. I find from the records that petitioner has been held twice not qualified the requisite physical standard test/ physical eligibility test already held. This controversy is no more res integra in the light of the recent judgment passed in Writ - A No.- 17981 of 2024 (Rohit Kumar and another v. Union of India and others) on 19th March, 2025 as the Court has declined to grant indulgence in such matters. In the circumstances, this petition is consigned to records in the light of the judgment of this Court passed in Writ - A No.- 17981 of 2024 on 19th March, 2025.
