Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 7th October, 2024 whereby petitioner has been disqualified on the ground that the height of the petitioner was measured as 169.5 cms which is less than the required requisite height as 170 cms. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that previously in other examination of PST/PET 2022 in Constable GD Exam 2022, petitioners' height was measured as 157 cms., copy whereof has been brought on record as annexure-3 to the petition. 4. Learned Standing Counsel was directed to obtain instructions in the matter. Instructions have been obtained by Ms. Anita Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents, which is taken on record. 5.
