By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the suspension order dated 07.11.2024. 2. In the given facts and circumstances of the case where the petitioner has been prima facie charged with negligence and disobedience shown to the higher officials of the department, I consider it appropriate at this stage to ensure that disciplinary proceedings are expedited and concluded against the petitioner in accordance with law and if it is delayed petitioner's suspension may not continue. 3. Accordingly, I hereby direct the disciplinary proceedings as contemplated in the order dated 07.11.2024 remains concluded within a period of three months of production of certified copy of this order provided ofcourse the petitioner cooperates in the same.
