From the suspension order it transpires that it has been passed on the basis of preliminary fact finding report dated 07.09.2024 according to which the petitioner has been found to be prima facie involved in preparation of certain documents that has resulted in illegal payment of compensation. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, I consider it more appropriate at this stage to ensure that departmental enquiry and departmental proceeding stand concluded within a stipulated period of time as may be directed hereunder and in the event it is delayed at the end of the respondents-disciplinary authority, the suspension order of the petitioner may not to continue. 4.
