By means of this petition filed under Article 226 petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding direct to the Respondents to grant of one increment in pay scale of petitioner for performing duty for period of 01.01.2003 to 31.10.2022 and other consequential benefit till date without any further delay. b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding direct to the respondents decide the representation dated 09.12.2024 moved by the petitioner." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event the representation of petitioner is directed to be decided in accordance with law. 4.
