This Court while entertaining the petition on 4th March, 2025 had passed following order: "1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner being part time tubewell operator is entitled to compassionate appointment in terms of the judgment of the Division Bench in the case of State of U.P. v. Priyanka Verma:(2022) 4 ADJ 372. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents to study the matter and assist the Court on the next date on the judgment of Priyanka Verma (Supra). 3. Put up this case as fresh again on 17.03.2025 before appropriate Bench. " Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of present petition stands covered under the judgment of this Court in the case of State of U.P. v. Priyanka Verma, (2022) 4 ADJ 372. In view of above, the order dated 09.11.2023 is hereby quashed. Matter is remitted to the competent authority to decide the claim of the petitioner in respect of compassionate appointment strictly
