Rai, learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection as to the maintainability of this petition on the ground that petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy before the Armed Forces Tribunal. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the same. In view of above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage.
