In compliance of earlier order of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and placed the same before this Court, which are taken on record. Copy of the instructions placed may be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, petitioner has secured 54 marks in written examination whereas last cut off in general category for the post of Constable (Water Carrier) (Female) is 58 marks. In such above view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
