The petitioner who is working as Anganbari Karyakartri claims that she may be promoted as Anganabari Karyakartri in the event post is created in Gram Panchayat is concerned in the light of the order passed by this Court dated 12th March, 2025 in Writ A No. 16128 of 2024. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner cannot maintain writ petition at this stage in absence of any post/vacancy of Anganbari Karyakartri in the gram panchayat concerned. Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and having perused the records, I find merit in the submission advanced by learned Standing Counsel. Petitioner can set up her claim only when there exists a vacancy.
