Mr. Piyush Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection as to the maintainability of present petition on the ground that for redressal of the relief claimed in the present petition, the petitioner being an employee of Post Office, can always approach the Central Administrative Tribunal under 14 of Central Administrative Act, 1985. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 3. In view of the above, I decline to entertain this petition, accordingly the petition is dismissed and consigned to record, however, liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so advised.
