By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants disposal of his representation dated 15.10.2024 by the competent authority, namely, respondent no. 4. 2. It is submitted that by means of said representation, petitioner has prayed for payment of salary for the period between 01.11.2023 to 08.10.2024, i.e., the period during which the petitioner had been confined in jail and accordingly, remained suspended. 3. Learned Standing counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued for early disposal of pending representation of the petitioner. 4.
