By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to grant him A.C.P./Notional Promotion to the petitioner from the date of his juniors have been granted A.C.P./Notional Promotion and further to grant him arrears of post retiral benefits including G.P.F., gratuity, leave encashment and also arrears of pension. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that raising all his grievance, petitioner has already moved a representation before the respondent no. 3 on 19.10.2024, which is still pending and no order has been passed on the same. 3.
