By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment on account of her mother Sarita Devi dying in harness on 11.06.2022 while working in the respondent establishment. 2. It transpires from the record that petitioner made a represent before the competent authority on 07.06.2024, which is still pending. 3. Learned Standing counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued for early disposal of pending representation of petitioner. 4.
