Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard Shri Anand Prakash Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of certiorari to quash the notice dated 25.07.2024 and also seeks a direction in the nature of mandamus to continue petitioner to discharge his duties by permitting him to participate in the duty parade as he stood reinstated. 3. This Court vide order dated 14.11.2024 had directed learned Standing Counsel to obtain instructions in the matter as to why petitioner has not been permitted to attend the duty parade whereas he stood reinstated under the order dated 22.04.2022. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and as per instructions, the Government Order does not permit reinstatement of such Home Guards, if they are found to be convicted in a criminal case where the prescribed sentence is se
